Michigan Primary Care Partners has added another outstanding member to our Care Management team! Tiarra Cramer’s experience includes working as a Registered Nurse and Minimum Data Set Nurse at the Former Spectrum Health in Reed City, where she was a member of the Wound Care team, served and cared for patients as a Charge Nurse, and coordinated patient care. Tiarra received her Associates of Science in Nursing from Grand Rapids Community College and her Medical Office Administration Certificate from Martinsburg College in West Virginia. She is certified in Basic Life Support and is working to become a Certified Nurse Assistant Instructor.
