Getting Started Is Easy

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Starting women's health care with a new provider can feel like a big step, and we want it to feel like an easy one. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications or supplements. Your provider will ask about your health history, explain each part of the visit before it happens, and welcome any questions along the way.

You're always welcome to request a chaperone or skip a portion of an exam if you're not comfortable, and your provider will work with you to find what makes sense for your care.
